Your files
Video and audio files are opened and processed by code running in your browser (FFmpeg and Whisper compiled to WebAssembly). They are not uploaded, stored or seen by us.
PDF kit and OCR
PDFs and images you open in the PDF tools (merge, split, compress, rotate, convert, PDF to text, page numbers) and in OCR are processed locally in your browser (pdf-lib, PDF.js and Tesseract compiled to WebAssembly) and are never uploaded. Your browser only downloads the engines and OCR language data from cdn.jsdelivr.net; those requests contain nothing from your files.
Image, audio, video and ZIP tools
Images you compress, resize or convert are processed with your browser's own canvas; HEIC photos are decoded with libheif (WebAssembly) downloaded from cdn.jsdelivr.net. Audio and video you convert, cut, compress, mute or turn into GIF are processed by FFmpeg in WebAssembly, and ZIP files are opened or created with fflate. All inside your browser, never uploaded. Re-encoded images do not keep EXIF metadata such as GPS location.
Downloads from third parties
To run the tools, your browser downloads the FFmpeg engine from cdn.jsdelivr.net and the speech-model files from huggingface.co. These requests contain no file content; those providers may log your IP address like any web request.
Analytics
If you click “Accept”, we load PostHog to count anonymous events (file selected, extraction done, transcription done, export) with file size, duration and format, but never file names or content. If you reject, nothing is loaded. You can change your choice by clearing this site's storage.
