Images

Compress, convert, crop and blur photos.

What you can do with a photo

Make a file smaller, change the pixel size, crop, rotate, turn a photo grayscale or invert its colors, blur or pixelate a region, stamp a text or logo watermark, turn HEIC or SVG into PNG, convert PNG or JPG to WebP, strip camera metadata, make a QR code, or pull text out of a screenshot with OCR.

Processed where you drop it

Images are decoded in this tab. HEIC uses a WebAssembly decoder the first time you need it, then the browser caches it. Nothing is sent to a server to be edited.

How to pick an image tool

1. Use PNG to JPG, JPG to PNG, WebP to PNG or WebP to JPG when you already know the pair. Use Convert image when the batch is mixed. 2. Use Grayscale or Invert colors when you only want to change the colors. 3. Rotate, crop or watermark before you compress, so you do not encode pixels you will throw away. 4. Use Image to text only when you need the words.

The cards link to pages that share one canvas engine. HEIC loads an extra decoder the first time. Camera location is dropped when a new file is saved. Nothing is uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

Will cropping remove the GPS location?

Yes. The new file is drawn on a canvas, so camera and location metadata are not carried over.

Can I convert a whole folder?

You can drop a batch up to the limit shown on each tool. There is no desktop folder picker beyond what the browser allows.

Do I need an account?

No. The tools are free and run in the browser.

Which page adds a logo to a photo?

Watermark image. You can type a line, choose a logo, or both. Watermark PDF is the text stamp for documents.

A photo from my phone is sideways. Where do I fix it?

Rotate image turns JPG, PNG and WebP. Rotate PDF is only for pages inside a PDF.
