How to sign a PDF
1. Drop the PDF. 2. Draw in the box, or switch to “Type a stamp” and write your name. 3. Choose the last page (the usual place for a signature), the first page, or every page, and pick a corner. 4. Press “Sign PDF” and download.
Drawing becomes a PNG stamped on the page. Typing stays as real PDF text in a slanted standard font, so it can be selected. The pages underneath are not flattened.
What this signature is
This is a visual stamp, the kind you add before emailing a form you already agree with. It is not a certificate, not a government digital signature, and not a cryptographic seal. Anyone who can edit the PDF can still change pages afterwards.
Letters outside the Latin set are replaced, because the typed stamp uses a built-in PDF font. Accents used in Portuguese and Spanish are kept.
Where to put it
Contracts and forms usually want the stamp on the last page, bottom right. Use every page only when each page must show the same mark. If the file already has a password, unlock it first.
