How to change audio volume
1. Drop one audio file. Video and pictures are refused on this page. 2. Leave 150% to lift a quiet voice note, or pick 50% when the file is too hot. 3. Press “Change volume” and play the download before you delete the original.
Custom accepts 10% to 400%. 100% is not on the list because it would only re-encode the same level. Use Trim audio first if you only need a shorter clip.
What gets louder, and what clips
GustKit multiplies the samples and writes a new file in the same kind of audio: WAV stays WAV, MP3 stays MP3. A track that already peaks will distort above 100%. Lower it, or start from a quieter export.
This does not change speed, pitch or a video picture. To take the sound out of a video, use Video to MP3, then come back. To remove a soundtrack entirely, use Mute video.
The file stays in this tab
The first visit downloads FFmpeg. Later visits reuse the browser cache. You can disconnect after that download finishes. GustKit does not keep the audio.
How to check the new level before you send it
1. Play the download at the same device volume you used for the original. 2. If it clips or sounds harsh, run again at a lower percent. 3. Keep the original until the new file sounds right.
Raising a quiet voice note is the usual job. A track that already peaks will distort above 100%. This page does not trim, and it does not accept a video.
